As usual your rank depends on the quality of votes that your website receives. The nature of webmasters tend to go out and get bulk links from all over the internet and have them point back to their site is often a waste of time. Links can take from thirty to ninety days to fully transfer the total link strength and Google will always err on the side of time taken to give credit where credit is due. But when that bang happens what kind of results will you expect to see?
