Shipping and Refund Policy
We offer fast and free shipping on all orders via USPS or UPS. We ship your order from the nearest USA warehouse from your location that has this item in stock. We do not ship outside of the USA. We process the shipment usually within 1 business day of payment. Transit time averages between 2-3 business days for USPS and 3-5 days for UPS. UPS is used for larger and heavier items only.
You can return your items for a refund, exchange, or credit within 30 days of purchase. Any non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued after 30 days.
After 30 days from purchase, the product may be exchanged for store credit or replacement if it is defective. All cell phone and tripod accessories are guaranteed from defects for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be purchased within 30 days of the return request.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as customized products, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, gift cards, used dog training items, and downloadable software products.
Before returning an item you purchased, you should first fill out the Request a Return form to get a return authorization number.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, store credit or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
To return your product, you should first fill out the Request a Return form to get a return authorization number and we will provide the instructions for return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless it was damaged/defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provide you a shipping label.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping us a return that is valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning your item. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking method.
