Shipping & Returns
Shipping Details
Shipping is a flat $6.95 for orders under $75. We offer free shipping on perfume orders over $75. Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day from our Arkansas location.
Returns
Perfume Samples and Discovery Sets are custom orders and are not returnable. Other unopened fragrance products may be returned in accordance with our return policy. Due to the personal nature of fragrance, opened bottles cannot be returned.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

Can I choose the same fragrance more than once?
Yes. If you already have a favorite, you may select the same fragrance in more than one of your five choices.
Are these the same fragrances as the full-size perfumes?
Yes. Each 5 mL perfume sample contains the same Eau de Parfum fragrance offered in the corresponding full-size House of DaVoice bottle.
How long will a 5 mL perfume sample last?
A 5 mL spray provides many applications, giving you time to wear a fragrance on different days and in different settings before deciding whether you want a full-size bottle.
Are the 5 mL sprays travel size?
Yes. The compact 5 mL spray bottles make convenient travel-size perfumes for your purse, bag, or luggage. When traveling by air, always follow current transportation rules for liquids and fragrances.
